Since 1999 FreshAddress has continued to prove themselves as the Email Address Experts. From their debut service, Email Change of Address technology, to what’s now a wide breadth of services for sanitizing email databases and growing email lists, FreshAddress continues to lead the industry. Now celebrating their 20th year, it was the perfect time to freshen up their digital presence and streamline the presentation of their offerings.
The Details
FreshAddress’ new, custom WordPress website not only had to be a modern reintroduction of their well-known brand, but also needed to showcase their quality and variety of services in comparison to the competition. With a new visual style that played into their existing logo mark and color palette, the revamped website takes on a more graphic feel that incorporates background patterns and iconography to better illustrate their service offerings. This visual language set the stage for other marketing material as well, creating a cohesive branded look and feel across tradeshow booths, presentations, and printed materials.
In addition to an updated visual style, we also conducted a complete information architecture overhaul in order to better organize and present services within three main categories; Clean, Protect, and Grow. With a landing page for each service, the FreshAddress team is able to better target and direct current or prospective clients to discover the services they need.
FreshAddress maintains a growing library of resources that they offer for lead generation, white papers and case studies, so it was also important for the new site to make resource management easier. Resources now have their own custom post type within WordPress with quick options for requiring a gated form or not. On the front end, an intuitive resource library makes it easy for users to sort and search articles pertaining to their interested service.
With over 10 billion email addresses processed (and counting – check out their homepage for a live ticker!), FreshAddress continues to lead the industry in email data sanitization.
